Nanci recently joined Maxine Attong, host of the Leadership Unlearned radio program, to discuss the nature of leadership and “leading with equity.” Nanci talked about LJIST’s transformational view of leadership and how we all think about leaders, along with how the oppression of adultism causes young people – born leaders – to internalize a sense of powerlessness.
