What to Expect When You Work with Nanci
My planning process reflects my commitment to partnership and the success of each event. Here’s how I collaborate with clients:
- Inquiry Call: I connect with clients to discuss event goals, audience, and how my keynote can create the transformation they’re seeking.
- Proposal: Clients receive a detailed proposal outlining the keynote topic, learning objectives, and investment.
- Contract Signed: Once the partnership is formalized, your date will be secured and we’ll officially begin our planning process together.
- Planning & Logistics Call: About 6 weeks before the event, we’ll dive into the logistics and confirm the outcomes of the session.
- Champions Call: Before the event I also meet with 3-5 “Conference Champions” (stakeholders, past participants, first-timers, or planning committee members) to gather context to customize my keynote to speak directly to the audience’s unique experience.
- Debrief Call: After the event, we’ll meet to review evaluation data, celebrate the impacts of the session, and determine any next steps or follow-ups.
Throughout this process, my team and I collaborate with clients on all publicity and communications to ensure a consistent message that supports our work together.
